Luke 2:1–20

Jesus’ birth was no last-minute, hope-it-works plan! Jesus was born exactly where and when God intended. Like a heavenly magnet, God’s will was at work, pulling together the events surrounding Christ’s birth so that Jesus was born at just the right time, in just the right place.

In this message, Chuck Swindoll reminds us that God sovereignly gets His way, even through the most unexpected circumstances. The magnetism of God’s plan that led Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem and that drew the shepherds and summoned the wise men to worship the baby Jesus still draws us together at Christmas to worship our Savior and Lord.
